Did You Know?

Don't know when I'll get back to posting, probably a few days. Just in case I don't get around to your site, I want to wish each of you a very merry Christmas. And I pray that God blesses you with the strength, courage and fervor to face the upcoming new year!

One of my favourite Christmas songs "Mary Did You Know" sung by Kenny Rogers

Mary, did you know
That your baby boy
Would someday walk on water?
Mary did you know
That your baby boy
Will save our sons and daughters?
Did you know
That your baby boy
Has come to make you new?
This child that you've delivered
Will soon deliver you.

Mary did you know
That your baby boy
Will give sight to a blind man?
Mary did you know
That your baby boy
Will calm the storm with his hand?
Did you know that your baby boy
Has walked where angels trod?
When you kiss your little baby
You've kissed the face of God.

The blind will see
The deaf will hear
The dead will live again
The lame will leap
The dumb will speak
The praises of the Lamb!
Mary did you know
That your baby boy Is
Lord of all creation?
Mary did you know
That your baby boy
Will one day rule the nations?
Did you know
That your baby boy
Is heaven's perfect Lamb?
This sleeping child you're holding
Is the Great I Am
Merry Christmas y'all!!

Loved it! I could even hear you singing it in my head ;-)

BTW, that's one of my favorite Christmas Songs.

Debo, Have a very blessed and Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year. I'm praying that God protects your job and grants you favor in that situation.

Peace my friend! After the holidays Patty and I would love to meet you somewhere for coffee, lunch, dinner, a drink (although I do not drink I can still be around it, it does not bother me) or whatever.

Oh Debo, such a beautiful choice there in that song. It's one of my favorites as well.
Got the rough part of my baking done -meaning the bulk of it -but still have a lot to get done today -two church services, supper in between them with the kids opening their gifts (not Santa gifts though.) After the later service, the adults will exchange presents and then, Thursday when older daughter comes up for dinner, they will get their presents at that time. Three gift exchanges! Phew, I'm getting tired just thinking of the clean-up now. Especially since little boy just had an upset stomach and emptied its contents into the pac'n'play -all over his precious bear that he has to have to pull over his head to go to sleep! Mandy threw it and a few other things that got "hit" in the washer and scrubbed down the pad to the pac'n'play while I cleaned him up and redressed him! Poor little guy! Doesn't appear to be sick though -no fever, etc., and not fussing but I think his allergies must be really congesting him and that maybe causing the issues. Hope so and that it's not a flu bug or something like that! Maya had pretty much the same thing happen to her the other day too.
Merry Christmas, my friend. Stay safe, stay healthy and have a truly blessed Christmas.
