I'm very thankful to have spent time in Vegas with my two nieces and grand niece. I'm very thankful to be back in my favourite spot -my kitchen table sipping peppermint tea and surfing the 'net. Here are a few reasons I'm thankful this Thursday.

| Family. Even though we're not related, we've been together for more than 30 years. That's family. |

| Nephews who turn 13! And his adorable though sometimes irritating little sisters. |

| Finally, 'tis the season to celebrate, share the wealth and to take a few moments to look at the stars. |

Oh my, Debo! Such beautiful pictures you have on here! The kids are growing up so fast and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all those pics, Speaking of looking at stars, the past couple of days the night sky has been absolutely gorgeous! Cold, crisp, even a skiff of snow on the ground to make a late-night walk with the dog a very "crunchy" event and bone-chilling too but still, just beautiful in all respects! Lots and lots to be thankful for too aren't there?
Jeni, the sky's been absolutely gorgeous down here in this light-polluted desert. I can only imagine how much more clearer and majestic it is where you are (sigh).
One thing I am glad for: that the moon shines on each of us, comforting us and shining her love on us during uncertain times.
